Fantastic session this evening. Another 30 lb buff. What a fun outing this one was!

Another great day on the bayou with a special fish to finish the day. Love the dark colors.

Incredible what you produce out of there lately, the weights are getting up as well. The dark one for sure is a very special fish! 

5/20/23 Session. 

Lesson for this session: avoid sweet feed in this location for bating sessions. I don't think it's a coincidence that catfish and turtles were an issue today because of it. Interestingly enough though, I finally caught a carp. Was it attracted to the sweet feed? Who knows. Some quality fish and a good time!

It's been a while since I last updated, but wanted to include a recent visit from Bob Crook and his friend Jim, where we fished for buffalo a few days. Very memorable experience and I was glad they both caught some fish. Bob's bigmouth buffalo was definitely a highlight as they are rare to catch on the hair.

Glad to hear that you guys had a lot of fun and a good session. Keep on going!

Still fishing the bayou. Time has gotten away from me, but wanted to update with some of the catches thus far in 2024.
